Option 1 – Free Shipping in the USA on qualified orders.
Orders placed under $150 will be charged $10.00 shipping and handling.
Orders placed over $150 include free shipping.
Shipping Methods We Utilize:
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. We utilize USPS Flat Rate Envelope, Medium Flat Rate, Large Flat Rate, Regional A and Regional B boxes.
All of these packages are classified as Priority Mail which guarantees delivery within 3-5 days of shipment.
Generally, orders ship within 48 hours of order confirmation. After successfully placing an order from Elite91.com you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order to the email address provided.
Once your order has shipped you will be emailed specific tracking information.
Option 2 – International Shipping: Prices May Vary.
International Shipping Methods:
All international packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International. We utilize USPS Flat Rate Envelope, Medium Flat Rate and Large Flat Rate Boxes for international delivery.
All of these packages are classified as Priority Mail International. Customs fee’s and Import Charges are the customers full responsibility. AWARENESS – PLEASE NOTE CUSTOMS CEARANCE: Customs officials/agents have been known and/or may open packages to inspect the contents being declared or shipped at any time and may repackage the items with a notice of statement. If any damages are result of their inspection it will be the customers full responsibility to file a complaint and take appropriate action with Customs.

RETURNS POLICY
We appreciate your interest in our products and wish all our customers to be completely satisfied. If there is a problem with your order,
please help us to expedite your request with the following points:
Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the original shipping date.
All returned items must be in their original and unused condition with no defects.
(PLEASE NOTE: If items are NOT in their original or unused condition a refund cannot not be issued.)
We will gladly refund your order, according to your original method of payment.
If there is a problem caused by our error, we will give a full refund including shipping costs.
When shipping a return package we strongly advise that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number.
We will not provide
a refund if we do not receive your package.
